Our strategy focused on three key areas to tackle Terra Lab’s challenges head-on:

1. Laying Foundation: We set up smart email flows in Klaviyo to make sure no data goes to waste—capturing emails, triggering that all-important second touch, and increasing the chances of a repeat purchase. On top of that, we rolled out CRO recommendations to turn more clicks into customers and get the most out of every visit—laying the groundwork to boost conversions and attract even more new traffic.
2. Market Research & Audience Identification: We know what makes a great ad tick, so we played a key role in guiding the creative direction and sharing examples of top-performing ads. As always, we backed it up with competitor analysis to spark ideas and fuel creativity during the ad development stage.
3. Creative Testing & Google Ad Optimisations: Finally, we pulled together a creative testing sheet and set up structured tests to identify the best-performing Meta ads. At the same time, we fine-tuned Google Ads—across both Search and Shopping campaigns—to drive a strong, positive return.
